Madison County Medical Center
Madison, Mississippi-Falls Marketing Group provided essential expert testimony on behalf of Madison County Medical Center, a community hospital located in Madison County, Mississippi, thereby preventing a nearby regional medical center from constructing a new competing facility within the county. This has been the third contested case hearing in which Falls Marketing Group successfully assisted efforts to prevent the unnecessary development of a hospital in the city of Madison, one of Mississippi's most affluent and least underserved communities.

Gulf Coast Medical Center
Biloxi, MS-Falls Marketing Group was successful in assisting Gulf Coast Medical Center in obtaining approval of its Certificate of Need to replace and relocate the 144-bed community hospital. Formerly located on Highway 90 about 300 yards from the Gulf of Mexico, Gulf Coast Medical Center was damaged by Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and closed in 2008. The replacement facility will be located adjacent to Cedar Lake Medical Plaza at the intersection of I-10 and Cedar Lake Road. Although the proposal was opposed by 2 Harrison County hospitals and 2 Jackson County hospitals, the Certificate of Need was approved by the Mississippi State Board of Health on December 20, 2012.

Statesboro, Georgia-Falls Marketing Group assisted East Georgia Regional Medical Center in their successful effort to offer elective and emergent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) services without also having to provide open-heart surgery onsite. East Georgia Regional Medical Center joins with a growing number of hospitals in the Southeast that have relied on Falls Marketing Group's keen understanding of the rapid changes in the delivery of health care and of the regulations governing the implementation of new services.
